To celebrate London Design Week 2014, Molteni&C has invited luxury lifestyle magazine Port to curate an exhibition of Gio Ponti’s iconic D.270.2 armchairs in an exclusive range of textiles by four British designers. Demonstrating the shared commitment to quality, craftsmanship and beauty, Custhom, Esme Winter, Ffion Griffith, and Marwood have each upholstered Ponti’s revered design in bespoke patterns commissioned exclusively for the exhibition, titled ‘Gio Ponti: A Cover Story’. The latest products in the Molteni&C collections will also be on show in London.
