In the heart of the vibrant West Chelsea neighborhood of New York City is Soo K. Chan’s 11-story luxury residence building – Five One Five. In addition to the custom millwork designed for this project, Molteni Group worked directly with the interior designers to furnish the marketing suite with iconic pieces designed by Vincent Van Duysen, Gio Ponti, and Patricia Urquiola for Molteni&C. The project and interior design were carried out by SCDA Architects.

      PAUL
      PAUL

The Paul sofa by Vincent Van Duysen reflects the designer’s commitment to expressive rationality, blending comfort with balanced form, reassuring lines and thoughtful detailing. Encompassing linear sofas, angular compositions, chaises longues, and islands, Paul celebrates the understated sophistication of contemporary living, offering versatile seating solutions that harmonize effortlessly within both intimate and expansive interiors.

      D.154.2
      D.154.2

Gio Ponti’s D.154.2 armchair captures the architect’s luminous spirit and masterful approach to form with its embracing, sinuous silhouette. The iconic armchair was born from a deeply personal project, the Villa Planchart in Caracas (1953-1957) - the private residence of art collectors Anala and Armando Planchart, which they commissioned Gio Ponti to design from top to bottom as both the architect and the interior designer.

      GLOVE-UP
      GLOVE-UP

The Glove-Up armchair by Patricia Urquiola embodies a graceful evolution of sculptural design, with sinuous, molded lines that connect the backrest to the delicately poised legs. Its form conveys a sense of effortless lightness, transforming a simple chair into an object of elegance.

      45°/TAVOLINO
      45°/TAVOLINO

45°/Tavolino by Ron Gilad highlights the designer's fascination with geometry and the subtle poetry of simple forms. Each table embodies an “open box” concept, where contours define space without overwhelming it, creating a sense of lightness and transparency. 45°/Tavolino harmonizes with a variety of interiors, as the collection blends sculptural presence with practical versatility.

      PANNA COTTA
      PANNA COTTA

Inspired by the iconic Italian dessert, Panna Cotta low table by Ron Gilad balances visual lightness with solid structured form. Enriching contemporary interiors from the living room to the bedroom, this table embodies a poetic paradox with its delicate form and impactful allure.

      WHEN
      WHEN

Conceived as a striking companion piece, the When coffee table by Rodolfo Dordoni moves fluidly between the living and bedroom areas of the home. Defined by its sculptural simplicity and crafted in solid wood, When is as much an expression of design culture as it is a furnishing accessory.
