Casa Novina enjoys an impressive 360-degree view of the Val d’Orcia in Tuscany. The mansion, inspired by medieval Sienese architecture, blends harmoniously with the surrounding landscape: each window is designed to frame the surrounding hills and villages as if they were paintings. Architect Florencia Costa was responsible for the design and direction of the work, whereas the Qart studio in Florence was responsible for the interior design and planning of the outdoor spaces, finished with gorgeous furnishings from Molteni&C.
The design is both majestic and elegant at the same time: ample spaces, furnishings measured with proportion, pure forms, symmetries, and natural materials are the main elements of the splendid villa.
The dwelling consists of two joined bodies, one facing north and one facing south. The property is reached via a private road, which leads to the entrance façade. The living room, the focal space of the house furnished with handcrafted linen sofas, sideboards and oak bookcases, sees the view as the dominant element, thanks to the large windows and majestic stained-glass windows.

The sunbed combines thoughtful detailing and refined materials to create a setting of comfortable leisure.
The Regent coffee table designed by Vincent Van Duysen is a collection of coffee tables with three distinct top shapes — round, oval, and square — each conceived as both a sculptural object and a practical surface. Their proportions are carefully calibrated to create a harmonious visual dialogue, allowing the pieces to nest effortlessly and transform living spaces into layered compositions.
