( The Molteni Compound )
The Molteni headquarters in Giussano is not a mere production site. It is a compound where architecture, history, and design coexist within a few hundred meters of each other, and each building possesses its own unique purpose.
The Molteni Pavilion, designed by Vincent Van Duysen, opened in 2022. Its 1,400 square meters reconfigured the geography of the site, creating a space that is simultaneously a showroom, a laboratory, and a manifesto — a physical expression of where the brand stands today.
The historic building, designed by Luca Meda, remains the architectural anchor of the compound, where the transformation from artisan workshop to design powerhouse first took shape.
The Molteni Museum, curated by Ron Gilad, holds the brand’s memories. Products, prototypes, images, and stories assembled as a living archive that informs the present.

The Molteni Theatre, designed by Patricia Urquiola, completes the compound as a space for cultural exchange. This is where we host events, conversations, and encounters that extend the brand's reach into the broader world of design culture.
