NINGBO DIBAO, CHINA

NINGBO DIBAO, CHINA
NINGBO DIBAO, CHINA

Surrounded by the Yongxin River and Houtang River, Ningbo Dibao introduces high-octane luxury living to Ningbo’s Yinzhou District. The super high-rise building comprises 101 apartments and was developed by Ningbo Hongtai Real Estate Co., Ltd., with world-renowned British-Italian architect Richard Rogers at the architectural helm. Punctuating the Chinese city’s skyline with its striking ship-inspired facade and colorful triangular terraces, Ningbo Dibao features a curated selection of Molteni&C designs throughout each space, ranging from the living room to the kitchen and bedroom, creating an unexpected yet compelling dialogue between the brand's refined elegance and the upscale urban backdrop.

Drawing inspiration from the Pompidou Arts Center in Paris, France, Ningbo Dibao is conceived as an eye-catching X-structure with exposed steel frames and pillars. Ranging from 330㎡ to 740㎡, each apartment is finalized with a triangular terrace, a Rogers architectural signature, offering sweeping 270° panoramic views of the city. Located in an emerging residential enclave, Ningbo Dibao is also home to an exclusive executive club, complete with an art gallery, gym, lounges, and Chinese and Western banquet halls, providing residents with a comprehensive array of private amenities on site.
