MEET RON GILAD
AS A CREATIVE PERSON, I QUESTION MY POINT OF VIEW ENDLESSLY WITH THE HOPE OF FINDING INTRIGUING NEW ANGLES.
Ron Gilad was born in Tel Aviv in 1972. Having previously resided in New York, he now lives and works between Tel Aviv and Milan. Ron Gilad’s hybrid objects combine wit with aesthetic play, balancing abstract and functional lines.
His works are displayed in exhibitions at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, alongside public spaces in Israel and abroad. A selection of work is displayed at the Museum of Modern Art MoMA) and The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.

In 2013 he received the Wallpaper Design Award (Designer of the Year; Best Domestic Design) and the Elle Décor International Award (Designer of the Year; Furniture Design). Gilad also works closely with Molteni&C.
