( Villas and Penthouses )
Nestled within the picturesque landscape of La Reserva in Sotogrande, Spain, TAI Villa is a striking example of contemporary architecture that seamlessly integrates with its natural surroundings. Designed by Manuel Ruiz Moriche of ARK Architects, the villa embodies the timeless principles of Mediterranean living — openness, harmony with nature, and the use of noble materials. Throughout the residence, Molteni&C furnishings play an essential role in shaping the atmosphere of refined comfort and understated luxury.
Perched on a hillside podium of stone and wood, the villa's elevated volume offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, creating an uninterrupted dialogue between interior and exterior spaces. Carefully curated to complement the villa’s architectural vision, each Molteni&C piece enhances the fluidity between spaces, reinforcing the project’s philosophy of balance, sustainability, and elegance.
