SAXONY FAENA HOUSE, MIAMI
Encompassing 47 oceanfront residences overlooking Biscayne Bay in Miami, Florida, Faena House features breakthrough technological architecture typical of its designers, Foster + Partners. The property offers luxury services and facilities, from the swimming pool to the concierge. This project was designed for Miami’s indoor/outdoor living with large glass walls throughout in order to exist in perfect harmony with the immense blue ocean. More than 700 square meters have been dedicated to the 16-floor residences with another 650 square meters for the outdoor spaces. The project features custom kitchen designs by Molteni&C Dada Engineered.
For the 47 residences, Molteni&C has developed a custom project with Foster + Partners, an innovative kitchen inspired by Trim but transformed into dynamic spaces following the soft curves of some of the elements of the building. Glossy white polyester finishes, thassos marble tops, glass backs, a lighting system and special fume extraction system conceived ad hoc together with the designers.
