The Molteni&C Dubai Flagship Store occupies one of the most prestigious positions on Jumeirah Beach Road. 

This prime, bustling area is also home to Dubai’s famous Burj Al Arab, attracting international attention and visibility. Renovated in collaboration with Interni UAE, the Molteni&C Dubai Flagship Store occupies a total surface area of almost 500 square meters across three floors. Featuring a renewed exterior design by Studio Klass, the building effortlessly combines Italian tradition with Middle Eastern modernity. Thoughtfully adapted to the existing architecture, the design introduces subtle interventions to the entrance and façade, including a refined travertine element and updated display windows. 

The store's interiors also drew inspiration from an Italian villa, with wide glass windows and an intimate atmosphere. Sophisticated materials and the natural colors of travertine marble and black oak juxtapose warm tones and bone greys, lending character to each individual space. Celebrating protagonists of the world of architecture, the store also showcases works by leading masters and designers including Creative Director Vincent Van Duysen, Herzog & de Meuron, Norman Foster, and Jean Nouvel, among others.

A welcoming environment crafted with Italian design excellence, the high-impact setting showcases the Molteni&C collections in all their richness and offers an immersive experience that celebrates the culture of quality living.
