The Pantalica rug by Elisa Ossino embellishes the outdoor space with an artistic touch. Drawing inspiration from ancient Mediterranean cultures and landscapes, the Pantalica collection is named after the famous UNESCO World Heritage Site in southeastern Sicily.

Specially crafted for exterior use, this rug channels timeless aesthetics into a design that harmonizes seamlessly with the entire Molteni&C Outdoor Collection.

Unevenly cut strips of weather-resistant polypropylene are loosely woven, allowing air and light to pass through while creating uneven edging that lends a compelling finish to the rug.

Elisa Ossino is an award-winning architect and designer and founder of Milan-based Elisa Ossino Studio.

Each piece is a natural sculpture, vibrant and pure, inspired by the timeless fascination with primitivism and its reinterpretation in a contemporary key, and, at the same time, is part of a spatial concept dropped into a deeply irenic and meditative atmosphere, which alludes to the circularity of time and a dimension placed outside a linear scanning of events.
