Operated in partnership with ARC74, Palazzo Molteni is housed in a magnificent late 19th-century neoclassical palazzo, originally constructed for a notable Milanese family. The facade is accented with Art Nouveau flourishes, while the seamless juxtaposition of the building's historical grandeur and contemporary design is the vision of Molteni&C Creative Director Vincent Van Duysen.

The monumental seven-story building covers an impressive 3,000 square meters with a glass-canopied courtyard. Throughout the building, Art Nouveau and neoclassical features are reinterpreted through a contemporary lens with a geometric, coffered ceiling design and dark oak paneling to create a sense of flow. Each floor of the residence is designed to resemble the home of an art and design collector and is further enriched with a selection of art work, curated by Elisa Ossino, to effortlessly characterize and complement the architectural fabric.
