For the 2023 Collection, the Gliss Master System is enriched with a new abacus of interior accessories that are transversal to the entire range, allowing for total customisation of the storage system, with a completely tailor-made approach.
• Back panels, top, and drawers customisable in graphite oak and eucalyptus finishes, and in any of the lacquered colours
• New shirt rack with optional "Watch Winder" system
• New stopsol glass finishes in silver and bronze
• For the metal parts, the iris finish is also added to the existing pewter and bronze
Soft Line Accessories surpasses the concept of a solid element to propose a system of soft ecoskin containers. Bags of all sizes hang from structures with sliding aluminium racks, which guarantee perfect accessibility. They thus take their shape from the contents: shirt bags, underclothes bags, accessories such as belts, handbags and shoes, just like the traditional trouser or skirt holders and the pull-out shelves.
Gliss Master, the wardrobe system, designed by MDT and Vincent Van Duysen, is constantly evolving to offer end users new and prestigious design solutions for contemporary living.
Molteni&C are revolutionising the frame of the wardrobe by enriching it with four new internal finishes: dark chestnut, light chestnut, ivory Tatami and grey Tatami.
Gliss Master expands its design potential with the introduction of Cave handle as one of the new accessories for the melamine drawer fronts, in pewter, iris and bronze and with the option of an Eco Skin finishing in 8 colours. It also offers the possibility of inserting an additional internal divider grid, a slanted glass shoe shelf with LEDs inside and, finally, a removable laundry basket in natural ecru cotton.
The IOT makes its debut into the world of Molteni&C nighttime systems
The Internet Of Things joins the world of Molteni&C nighttime systems – Gliss Master and Masterdressing – with avant-garde solutions and innovations that guarantee wardrobes the best environmental quality. For taking care of clothing and accessories it is, in fact, essential to be able to exclude the presence of harmful agents – bacteria, moulds and allergens – that naturally insinuate themselves onto fabrics in contact with the environment.
AIRCUB ® – a Molteni&C exclusive – is an IOT device easily manageable from your smartphone with a dedicated APP. The air purification and perfuming system works by ionizing and ozonizing wardrobe interiors, thereby removing up to 95% of agents harmful to health, while releasing delicate fragrances.
AirCub incorporates an air quality sensor that monitors the effectiveness of the device from a mobile app. It is a unique product.
SIMPLE TO USE
AirCub is an IoT device. It can be connected to your Wi-Fi network and controlled by means of an app from your smartphone or tablet.
EASY TO INSTALL
AirCub has been designed to fit in easily wherever it is needed, standing discreetly on any piece of furniture.
AirCub does two jobs at once: it scents the air and purifies it notwithstanding its extremely compact size.
Vincent Van Duysen was born in 1962, in Lokeren, Belgium and graduated in architecture at the Higher Institute of Architecture Sint-Lucas, in Ghent. From 1986 to 1989 he worked in Milan and Brussels. He opened his own studio in Antwerp, in 1990 focusing on architecture and interior design. The relationship between interior design and architecture in his work is profound. Furnishings and accessories are designed with an architectural perspective that is not limited by form, but is expressed with a careful perception of interior space and its relationship to the exterior architecture. By interpreting architecture and redefining its proportions, Van Duysen creates objects of great purity and simplicity that still retain a concrete character and solid form.complete biography
